Texas Cowboy's Spring BBQ 2012

Event Description

Please join the Texas Cowboys for some delicious BBQ at our spring fundraiser that has been a notable tradition at UT.  Our utmost goal is to provide service to the University, our surrounding community, and the great state of Texas.  Your plate purchase will benefit The Arc of the Capital Area.   The Arc is a nonprofit organization founded in 1949 to support children with mental disabilities.  For the past 60 years, The Arc has played an essential role in addressing the issues that affect individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.  

 

BBQ will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and plates will include:

• Brisket
• Sausage
• Chicken
• Beans
• Coleslaw
• Ice Tea

Please buy a ticket from the cowboy(s) you know below.  You can print out your ticket if you would like, or show up with your ticket displayed on your smart phone.  As long as the square QR code is displayable, we can scan it with our smart phones.

You do not need to have a PayPal to purchase support ticket(s).   Just click "Do not have a PayPal account" when checking out.

If you or someone you know cannot attend this event but would still like to donate to the Arc of the Capital Area, please purchase "donation tickets" (i.e. purchase the number of tickets in the amount you wish to donate).
